Every Girl Should...

A pair of white jeans!!!! I have to confess that at first I was a little skeptical about them, thinking about all the stains I could get on them or wonder if I would look huge in them, since for some reason I  used to believe that they would actually make me look wider (or any light wash jean in that fact). I know, I know! White isn't slimming... But they not only make me feel wonderful because they light up my day, but they also make any outfit look more sophisticated, sharp, and polished! Plus we can use them almost all year around, incredible right? We can take them out in spring and wear them with beautiful over sized floral tops! With bold colors during the Summer! And with rich brown and jewel tones during Fall!

Every Girl Should...

Own a men's watch... In other words an over-sized gold watch. Actually it doesn't have to be gold (but gold toned ones look amazing!), it can be pink for that matter. It just has to bring out a certain toughness. Personally I only have 5 colors and they are all different but I love for that "put together" sense they bring to my outfits and of course the versatility they bring to my life since I don't to take out my cellphone whenever I want to know the time.

I have been obsess with this model for awhile for me it look exactly like a men's watch should look like and the what is so appealing to me! It can make a pair of jeans with a shirt look a lot more clean or it can make a cocktail dress look elegant.

Chanel

This is how a modern watch should look like, it has a toughness that is overpower by the ring of diamonds.

Guess

This one is a flashier different tone and more affordable version of the Michael Kors, but for some reason I still like it a lot.

This one is also a favorite! whether is wore with all black or white, it will always look amazing as a pop of color in an outfit.

Rolex

This is a closed to my heart, it reminds me of not only old school watches but the watches that my dad always had  as I was growing up. It looks so sophisticated on a women's wrist.

Every Girl Should...

Have a blazer or an oversized... Even the most simple blazer can do wonders for an outfit! Yes ladies this baby can make that outfit for an interview perfect or make that sexy dress a little more conservative. Lets not fool ourselves either, a blazer can also be dressed down if we pair it with jeans or a cute skirt. But why not wear it as much as we can? We should.. since there's tons of them out there! The beautiful Chiara Ferragni from The Blonde Salad is the perfect girl for this post, she has wore blazers of all types and sizes. And lets face it she has done it like a pro...

Oversized

This oversized boyfriend style blazer is perfect for running errands around town or just for a dinner out in the town.

Tux

A tux blazer can be worn up or down, it can look great with slacks and killer heels. It can also look amazing just like Chiara wore it, with jeans and flat boots.



 Classic Black

A classic black one can give proportion to an outfit that needs it. Or make it a little more conservative. In my opinion we should all have one!! Chiara wore one  with a mini dress which make it a little more conservative and in my point of view more elegant.

Stripes

A stripes blazer is good for a twist in any outfit, whether you wear it during the spring or fall.

Cropped

Great for those high trousers or give a little structure to loose pants.

All White

Strong Shoulders

Whether you wear it with shorts or a skirt, a blazer in essential for every girl!! So ladies if you don't have one please get one, I'm sure a lot of you do. Every Girl Should...

Own at least one white button down shirt!! Whether you want to dress it up or down, wear it to the office or to that wonderful date with the boy, we need one. So ladies if you don't have one, you must buy one!

You can wear it like Jessica Alba and sport it to the office or a business meeting...

You can give it a twist like Miss Palermo and pair it with anything...

You can throw a blazer over it and wear it throughout the fall, just like Moss did...

A slouchy alternative it's perfect for a night out, you can pair it with sexy skinny jeans and killer heels to look as good as Leighton...

And then you can wear it again during the summer with those cutoffs that you love and add some jewelry like Olivia Palermo...

And some other reasons why we all need one:

1. We can wear it year-round.
2. Our boy would love if we steal one from him.
3. Perfect for layering.
4. You can wear it during the day and night!
5. It goes with everything in your closet.. and it's never (lets hope) going out of style.
